Terms and conditions

Please review all NZA Collective policies carefully. The NZA Collective is not liable for any oversights by guests.

When in doubt, contact NZA Collective. Proactive verification protects the guest experience and helps NZA Collective deliver the premium service we stand behind.

  • We know plans change. Below is our refund & cancellation policy.

    • Deposits are non-refundable; they apply to the trip cost and may be transferred to another NZA Collective experience.

    • Refunds or credits are determined by when you cancel.

    Timeline

    • 6 months or more before departure: Full refund, less the non‑refundable deposit.

    • Between 6 months and 90 days before departure, the fully paid balance may be transferred toward another NZA Collective experience.

    • 60–90 days before the group trip, payments are transferable as credit, subject to a 30% cancellation fee applied to the amount paid after the deposit. A 70% credit toward a future NZA Collective experience.

    • 30–60 days before departure, a 50% credit toward a future trip is applied; 50% of the total paid is retained.

    • Less than 30 days before departure, no refund or credit. The full booking value.

    Allow up to 30 days for refund processing.

  • We offer flexible payment options designed to make your journey seamless. If you’d prefer to divide your trip into installments, simply send us an email. We believe extraordinary travel should feel attainable, thoughtful, and stress‑free.

    If you cannot pay by the due date, notify us immediately by email. Failure to communicate a payment delay may result in cancellation of your booking.

  • In the rare event that NZA Collective must cancel or reschedule an experience, we will notify you promptly and clearly.

    Cancellations: Occasionally, cancellations are necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, public health emergencies, political unrest, or unforeseen operational issues. When a cancellation is required, we will inform affected guests as soon as possible and provide guidance on next steps.

    Rescheduling When experiences are rescheduled, we will offer new dates to booked guests. If you are able to join the alternative date, your booking value will be automatically credited toward the rescheduled experience. If the proposed date does not suit your schedule, you will receive a full refund.

  • All experiences exclude international flights. NZA group trips include accommodation, activities, and ground transportation; select meals may be provided, always check the trip’s inclusions and exclusions.

    Pricing is based on shared rooms: you’ll be paired with a compatible fellow traveler and can connect with the group in a private pre-trip forum. Solo rooms are available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee.
